This is why I write and encourage others to do so as well. Memories cannot be trusted or even counted on to come at all. But the written word at least partially preserves and does not change its mind

Memories are revised from time to time depending upon our mental state at the time! So we cannot claim full authenticity to them..... Some memories are buried for ever.... So memory cannot be history.... Enjoyed this half philosophical and half whimsical write!
