I take multiple times during the day to go into to deep thought, purging myself of negative and seeking answers; if only my own. A 10

I appreciate this poem it's a hard thing to express meditation I have meditated since my teens.its lovely when the mind is quiet but its also fine when it's busy and doing its thing I feel the stillness through your words I like the lines we set sail to mediate and find the still calm within our being It feels like even the one who is meditating falls away. What a journey and what an adventure it all is.thank you Tom
