Rebels Refrain Poem by Deluke Muwanigwa

Rebels Refrain

Rating: 5.0

I don't just get on the train
I wanna find out its true destination
How long it will stop at the station
The weather whether it will rain
The speed it will travel
All these questions i unravel
And i maintain
A rebels refrain

There say there is a religion
To the facts
They lack tact
A religion without a region
They say this is the only way
For my fiture i have to pray
I retain
A rebels refrain

They say this is the convention
If you put to the test
You discard the rest
It's not supported by observation
Do it anyway just because
I don't just follow a cause
In me remains
A rebels refrain

So you can preach teach scream screech till the end of time
You can threaten act certain maintain iron curtain
You can wave your figures act bigger finger on trigger
You can sanction take action give reaction wrought destruction
Know that i shall ask if the task you assign is not a sign of madness
Know that i shall quip if the equipment
you give me won't cause sadness
I always entertain
A rebels refrain

To be prepared for what you are toiling makes the goal more easy and simple. Even I like these organized looks.
