Yikes! I wonder if you are writing about Pilipino or American politicians, OR those of all countries. I don't need you to tell me. And i wonder if you are a rebel at heart, ready to hit and roll. bri :)

They put us under the silkiness Of their palms Yet, their fingers Act like giant claws That strangle And get our nods of agreement On the laws they love to implement.......so impressive. Beautiful poem.

Rebellion is the soul of progress. It's the duty of every human soul to smash harsh laws, and dethrone oppressive rulers. This is a poem of revolutionary spirit. Such poems are oxygen to positive social change. Sadly, poets nowadays are becoming increasingly personal and are rarely concerned about society. I greatly appreciate your poem.

Behind the mutinies there is injustice, physical and mental tortures. A great poem.

Nods of agreement obeys love. Beauty of life is accepted through love and not by anger. This is a very thought provoking poem. We all need peace and care...10
