Rebecca Poem by Shaun Cronick

Rebecca

Rating: 5.0

Let her mother whisper it,
Then clarion it without shame.
For there is added beauty here,
Upon this realm of God's Domain!

That sunny July day she beget,
Born thanks to God's good Grace.
Bestows upon a baby girl,
Her father's loving embrace.

For a Gift from God is among us,
From that we all abide.
That lucent child is called Rebecca,
Her name said aloud with pride.

One child beget of many,
That wondrous summer's day.
For the love of a child is eternal,
And that is Rebecca's parents winsome way.
