vaidyanathan, i'm glad that your response to my poem cross the street made me aware of you (from all the many who post poems in ph) because i like the values i see in this poem and in your thanksgiving poem. i see that geeta responded to this poem, and she is another person i appreciate for the things that matter to her- and me. Realize to hear other's suggestions, Where the suggestions to be decided within you. the above lines caught my attention. i find listening is a challenging discipline- but so important. no one person has all the good ideas, and if we want the respect of others' attention, then we should give it. along these lines, you might like my poem listening prayer. i've got a busy morning so i have to get going, but i look forward to reading more of your work. all the best to you. glen

Self Realization is the highest state of spiritual life. According to Sage Patanjali Yogaschitta vrtti nirodhah Yoga is a state of absolute control of one's mind. Realize the waste of time, Where wastage of time is like, Wasting your knowledge..... true dictum. Dear Vaidyanathan, you have depicted this poem very nicely and wisely.
