This is such a phenomenal piece. I am pleased to read that you received that long awaited bundle of joy, your child. As for the poem, it was wonderful to read and feel the tug of anticipation and relief. Love the imagery you invoke with this stanza: 'Noble Men in white gowns, try their tricks To our tents with best of hopes, we dispatch The guinea pigs of science your mother have become On this life's_pee_ stick_ checker, we set our hopes'
