These Northern lights sway
Within this glum of night.
Its beauty, unseen
Floating within the spectacle of your eyes.
These rays of love will hold you,
Carry you through
The darkest of times,
Mend your broken heart
And bring you into my life.
These rays withstood the tests of time
Just to float above us today.
Eighty years from now we'll look up
And still these rays will glisten and sway.
A marvelous light which brought us together,
When your world was fading away.
Will continue to brightly shine across
The dark skies
Within the confines of our dead minds.
