I agree with you.Such beastly people should get exemplary punishment.But I have some reservation regarding second part of your poem.Yes, keeping a visil upon the children is a parent's responsibility.But is it possible for a parent to keep guard 24 hours? Will not a child play with her friends in the neighbourhood? Shall we keep the child insulated from relatives? Should we not send the child in a school bus? (part-1)
