It's quite true. My thoughts in support of the words of Valsa George points to the immortality of poems. Thank you Savitaji

The same thing happened with me and I wrote a poem on Sunday. But your poem si more lovely than that of mine.

Poems are 'manufactured' like commodities in a factory and they are being flashed every now and then. There are many prolific writers on our site and their poems come to thousands. I wonder how they are able to write so much. Do they have real quality is a disputed question!

Wonderful verse, Savita. This does capture that fleeting instant every writer must eventually face....constructing the finest line and having it slip away just seconds before pen and paper can be tracked down. This one goes to myfavourites.

Sunday is a holiday and we enjoy this day with great poetic MIND. This day is prayer day for many friends and we unite for peace through poetry. Unlimited thoughts come into mind and we enjoy beauty of poetic mind. This poem is very nicely and excellently penned.10

Yes, I am with you. In a world of volumes wonder if quantity overtakes quality. What is the way out? Not sure, but one can focus within, on the few poems that he/she pens.
