It is always good to raise a question,
Think before putting up a question
So that the question seems correct,
Only then one can expect the answer,
If the response one gets is clear and direct,
What else can an intellect be pleased to hear!

Raising a pertinent question based on proper reasoning is as important as its sensible answer. A good interviewer shapes his questions so that he can bring the best out of the person being interviewed- Clear and Direct. Amazingly articulated poem.
