'where are cats and dogs? '
ask, the carping monsoon clouds
'rains have gone to dogs
as role models are not found
to T and C we are bound '

Bangalore is the Capital of karnataka State of India. This is rainy season. We had heavy devastating rains in Kerala and Coastal Districts of karnataka-loss of life and property. But Bangalore surprisingly is rainfree. We are missing the seasonal rains!

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

When it rains, it rains in torrents and more! When it should rain, there no rain at all! Nature seems to have forgotten the concept of equitable distribution! I like the humorous vein in which the poem is presented!
