Hasatei rahiyei
Aur hasatei rahiyei,
Apnei khush rahiyei
Aur dusron ko khush kijiyei,
Jindigai mei hai hi kya,
Hansi, mazak, thatta cchod kar?

Yaar, aap gajab ke hain,
Kucch na kaha chal diye,
Kam-se-kam haath milaa ke to jaa
Ho-na-ho fir mulaakaat jo na ho?

Keep you laughing
And make you laugh,
Keep you happy
And make you others happy,
What is it in life
Besides laugh, joke, comic?

Friend, strange are you,
Without saying went you away,
At least shake the hands before you leave
As may be it that we may not tomorrow?
