Rahab: She's Got Purple Poem by Dr Dolston L Morian

Rahab: She's Got Purple

Rating: 5.0

Upon the wall with lumen and pride
Her room with decorations and spice
The place with chandelier soft and low
Splashed with the soft of light
Her windows are draped with curtains
The colors are matching a mixture of hues
No blaring sign to say how and who
The insignia is from the fancyof her play
Attracting her customer by night and by day
She got the grand of colors, her money and pay

The message of battle on the street was heard
From the visit of two guys known as nerd's
She could not understand by the light of day
Why spies to her home came to rest on their way

When the soldiers came to find them a proof
Rahab lied while they hid in her roof
Sweet promise they made to her in haste
And soon through a window they left in haste

To her it was told of a ravaging judgment scene
She saw it through faith from behind her window screen
She tied her scarlet purple, her questionable gown
No other color in the line up would do; lest a frown
Purple was the color for her life she did display
The assurance of deliverance on that dreadful day
That purple cloth brought Rahab hope from dismay.
