i too am curious. i AM asking the question posed by Martin O'Neill in his 2012 comment. hmm? RACISM POEMS FOR AUGUST 2018 SHOWCASE i am collecting PH poems which i find in PH's list of racism-topic poems. I found your poem in PH's suggested list of 100. i LIKE this one, a lot. i will send it to MyPoemList. (cont.)
This was a poem I wrote in response to a poem in a social network site that had poetry groups where a black man wrote a poem against the white race - to the point of inciting violence and causing death (to police officers) .
Words that can be perceived, As thoughts of one in jealous anger. However...those with 'vision' see. And your poem depicts an existence of it.
i am now putting this into August's showcase. thanks. bri :)
Thank you Bri Edwards - the poem was written in response to a poem by a black man in a social media network site wherein his poem was inciting hatred and violence against the white race in the US, to the point of insinuating murder. I posted it n PH after i posted it in other sites.
