A beautiful snapshot of a rabbit, 'frozen in silence', as if ' caught in the middle of political defection'. Nice depiction. I am afraid, the last line is rather too harsh, and out of place.
...........enjoyed this wonderful poem....you know only days ago, maybe a week or so, there was a small bunny hopping across a parking lot, as fast as he could go....this is the second time I saw him all alone.....I suppose he left home early to conquer the world....loved reading this one and loved the theme of this poem also...
