R.I.P Emilly Poem by Corey Rebbechi

R.I.P Emilly

you were once apart of a family
a cherished member
at 16 only so young
so much to do
life was only the beginning but not the end

don't know why you grab the rope
was it because you couldn't find any hope

you were loved by everyone that knew you
don't know why you had to leave now
why not later
it would have been much better

i didn't really get a chance to see you
it was 4 hours away to see you
but only last night it took 5 minutes
now i can never see you
once more not even to say hello
