Her charming smile and her fortitude ends here
amidst those rainbows which signifies her final journey
has thus begun;
her eternal life is now in Thy hands O' Lord.
She has done all her duties
with reverence to humanity and to God;
she has let many come and dwell on her land
just as she lived on this earth
which belongs to Thee O Lord!
She now leaves behind
those palaces and castles
which she inherited from her ancestors
who were also kings and queens in their past.
She now proceeds to meet Thee O' Lord
with gratitude in her own heart
as while she lived, she lived as a queen
and she could share with many people
her bounty of kindness and generosity:
as when many came and sought refuge
as when many came and sought shelter and food
as when many came to earn their livelihood
she never denied them their opportunities.
And now before Thee O Lord
she seeks her rest in the arms of eternity;
and upon her soul may peace befall
as she has been a queen for many long years
where sometimes the ship of life sailed so smoothly
where sometimes the mast kept oscillating
making the winds to change the steadiness
yet she sailed over every wave of turbulence
without any cry or defeat.
And now as her life has ended,
her fatigued heart needs its repose;
and as her people will keep placing
wreaths and flowers
or lighting candles in her memory,
their vibrant lips will utter prayers of gratitude
as she like a true monarch so royal and so noble
with sincere generosity in her heart,
she let people of every race and color
from every nation and yonder
reside in those homes of her country
without any obstacles or objections
and let them prosper in their own quantum.
And she must have held her own gratitude
to Thee O Lord for giving her a life
so long and so blessed
that as a queen to live and die
was indeed the greatest honor
bestowed upon her by her birth
Yes, the recollections of her valor
when she was young,
the fortitude to face the tide as years flew by;
and the exhaustion that age brought in,
she never ever displayed it to others
was a part of her gentleness
but her smiling face
will always be cherished
by those who came across her
and interacted with her while she lived.
And now as she embarks on this eternal journey
to reach to Thee O Lord
the rainbows were here to greet her
and welcome her that when she will walk
to receive the crown of succor,
grant her peace O' Lord
so that her soul shall sleep in eternal glory
which heaven grants to those
who have done their duty
with reverence to God and humanity.
