Put down
your gun
we don't want no
gunfight
if both sides
put down their guns
it won't be no bloodshed
no bodies lying dead
put down
your guns
settle the confusion
I believe
we can find
a peaceful solution
lets just quit
being the angry men
we have become
lets just put down
our guns!
we are all sisters
and brothers
and we don't need to
be shooting one another
if we put down
our guns
no bullets will have to fly
no blood will be shed
and
nobody will have to die!
