Lying here once again on the ground
After taking yet another long, hard fall
I reach out my hand for any of you to help me

But nobody's there

I try
I struggle
I'm on my hands and knees
I try to push myself back onto my feet

But it's useless
Because you people keep stepping over

Or worse

You keep stepping on me
Why?

Because, none of you care

It's hard getting back on my feet
After a number a low blows and a good hard push
Has left me bleeding here on the concrete

All I hear is
'Don't give up'
'You can do it, just get back up'

But maybe I don't want to get back up
Maybe I'm finally ready to admit defeat
Maybe you've pushed me one times to many

And this time I've finally had enough
