Perfect understanding of communicative purr, the feline body language. It shows your great love for your pet and your perfect dedication to poetry with all care to rhyme, rhythm and flow. CP

Hahaha! Beautiful poem. This is what poetry means........a poet must be able to write on any subject with clarity. And ofcours that is the case with pets.......when we develop a kind of affectionate relation with pets, be it a cat or a dog, we see them in different angles, in different histrionics and sometimes in tantrums(out of love) . Very beautiful.

'Purrfecting', 'purring', 'perfect', 'purr', 'urgency', 'her', 'spur', 'lower', 'saucer', 'water', 'greater', 'higher', 'flavour'. Expert use of imitative harmony (aka onomataopoeia) , Sandra! A witty, accomplished work.

a lovely write sandra...having had a cat as pet for my daughters sake and being the earliest riser at home..i know the purr for the milk...cat are the most selfish..after it gets what it wants it would'nt let you touch it even...i truely identify with this one

Now this was a great idea to write a poem on purring and not just cats! I loved 'the highest decibel purr'. They don't know, but they can't keep it a secret when they are happy, like we can! Alas my ragdoll cat was run over yesterday, so I am teary eyed as I read this......10 Karin Anderson

WOWWW! ! ! A purrfect written poem that describe a purring cat...However, my mind tickles more deep going to a symbolic piece making it in poetic connotation...either both brought the poem so well...10+++
