Proud Nation
Head over heels, on top of the world
For the freedom of thought and speech
Freedom isn't found simply on the papers.
Unaddressed issues may linger on-
Getting slave to the officiating system
Ignoring not the self-respect and dignity
The privileges may exceed the challenges
Truthfully yet, inspired by the gratitude
Where, youngsters may inquire about-
The system if freedom is still far away!
Independence Day, the spirit of our nation
Rocking the retro, looking for its leaders
To stitch for the perfect stitching of it
Talking their hearts, without a hiccup
We, love all Indians who continue
To make India a proud nation.
