This is an extraordinary look at our political/social system these days. If the American people doesn't grow up, we might just not grow any older. We need as a public to get all the facts we can from unbiased sources, we must examine the pros and the cons because issues come with both. We need to demand our political representatives listen to what we want and stand up for us or stand up and tell us where our wants go wrong. You're right about the common mind being a flat monochrome non-porous object these days. Some of it is from watching helplessly as the people in power ignore the present danger of pollution and stride over the future, grinding it to an oily ugly mass, in order to make money. Good valiant write, my friend.

Amen! ! Shallow wells always have hot waters for there is no depth for coolness to reside. A really well thought out poem Sandra.
