Promises must be kept, but sometimes, the circumstances do not allow the promises to be kept. Very often, promises are broken. The best would be not to make verbal promises. Instead just do in action the best you can do.without making tall promises. No point becoming depressed after that. Like Kumarmani ji has commented, i too agree that it is a beautiful poem with a nice theme.......10

Promising, Maybe commitment offered in regard with time and date.....yes, promise must be kept and it should be with time and date. Beautiful poem with lofty theme.
