Apt charachter to draw on, seeing as he was wrongly imprisoned for helping human beings claim knowledge to escape from ignorance. We are all Prometheusus bounded to a rock chained by a god called society which seeks to claim us as a target for speaking and acting our hearts true song. Be free to express your beliefs no matter how far it disregards convention. failing not to question is the sign of self defeat. Great write.

Time and space has taught me well How to cope and care This ever changing life affair The agony of Prometheus is that he is not time bound, and his ability to heal of the wounds inflicted by the birds from Zeus. Also he has the foreknowledge of what would happen to him if he steals the fire for man, yet could not change it, he could not even help helping man. Nice read...keep it up

Fine rendering that has caught the cognizance of the mind and reason. A good poem indeed from the master of Romanticism from the Indo-Pak peninsula, Gushar

Agreeing with shazia that its not just to call him a theif, his act was for the service of humanity. U always write good about myth and this is another one. After knowing the truth and allwise sayings Is it fair to lame the inventive brain? These lines are my favourite.they really touch the inner, Good write Gulsher

Promethean struggle has become a symbol of philanthropy...he was a titan who brought fire from heaven for serving humanity...so will it go right to say prometheus is a theft.......?
