Productivity of interview
When questions are programmed
To have expected answers
You can't extract reality from interviewee.
Never attempt to shadow and cloud
The personality of a person to whom
You are going to interview.
No matter whoever he is, PM or clerk
Treat Him as the most benevolent one
If you expect intellectual gain from Him.
In order to ensure a friendly atmosphere
Inspire and excite Him to express
Unforgettable nostalgic events,
The moments associated with joy and pain.
Before concentrating questions
Linking with subject matter.
One thing you need to borne in mind
Not wise to get control over
The field of His Vision and Beliefs
Your attitude shouldn't be guided by
Evil motive to humiliate any person
Reproduce yourself as a mirror
That reflects nothing but reality.
Artificial rainbows can't create
Ripples in hearts of audience.
