Preferential Discrimiantion
Preferential discrimination

It is called preferential discrimination
when it comes to the relation
between man and woman
the human factor is added into it
No doubt, many cases are reported
where the false accusation is made
and an entire family is put into trouble
and making it hard to struggle
the women are subject to torture and abuses
but we can't refuse
an equal treatment for the sufferer
the justice has to be delivered
The laws can't be subjective
and must remain indicative
that in case of violation
both genders may be put to cross-examination
generally, it is believed
but in many cases, they have lied
to extract the benefit or score the level
the experience doesn't go well
