Your poems really get me thinking. Challenging really. Interesting story in your notes. So...why would the deal be cut that they would ALL be reborn as rats until they could be born back into the clan...is that so they can remain together? I like the flow of the writing, because all of the pieces progress that rat back into a human in a way! :) (no tail, up at day, and bigger than a cat...but still feeding without eyes in the back of the head...) ..hmmmmm
Thanks again Pam for your comments. I hope you will not read too much into this prayer series, they are just just simple poems and written for a bit of laughter. Nothing serious or profound.
And better it will be- - - - -if tails we are born without If by the tail we are caught- - - there is no more way out Sweet and simple. Yes, the tail is a real disadvantage to the rat!
That would be a terrible incarnation. How terrible to be hunted and tortured by cats, poisoned, or caught in traps. Love the picture of the cute little rat though he really looks like he is seriously praying..lol
