Praise God We Have A History

Praise God we have a history
And a geography as well
How You Lord began Creation
You doth all things well
And chose a particular people
To bring Salvation too
And blessed every nation in this whole world
Through the people You named the Jew

What a blessing bestowed upon
A nation that You've touched
And protected them with preserving power
Because You loved them much
And that nation shall endure
To see You as their King
And worship You as the risen Lamb
What rejoicing that will bring

What a historical moment
When Lord Jesus returns again
Can you find a people more happier
To that I say amen
The Messiah as He said He was
The Faithful and the True
Sitting on the Throne of David
Is He the Lord of you?

What a Day for those people
The Day of Salvationhas come
Hallelujah's and praise the Lord shouting
No silence in any one
For great and greatly to be praised
The One who died for me
And praise God for the nation of Israel
Through the rich blessings we've received!
