Practising Positivity - Inspired by Mysterious Gray Matter by Dr Antony Theodore

Waking one minute
Earlier today
And every day
And in that minute
Do something darn new
Splash ice-cold water
On your tired face
Stand on your dead head
Listen to new song
Feed birds and squirrels
Say 'hi' to stranger
Coffee for homeless
Laugh with the children
Well, you get the drift
And that spare minute
Can be day or night
