The Sat Nav's gone wrong in my head
Finding myself lost in a forest of confusion

A worrying journey into the unknown
Will I find my way back on the road to wellness?
Will I ever be me again?

Rainbow of feelings shining over a river of emotions
Walking towards the waterfall of tears that lie ahead

Easy to hide away in minds cave
No one knows the struggles masked by the fake smiles

Sudden touch of kindness from a friend or stranger
Confide in me let me be your passenger to support your worrying head

Handed the tissues of hope
Drying up this madness together breaking through the isolation

A glimmer of sunlight reveals the map with the directions to clarity
Just need to have faith, reach out, don't be scared for there is love in hand holding.

Don't be a prisoner to your own mental health
Whilst we think we travel alone there's power when traveling together in a battle that can be won
