The corruption in this country is deep-rooted. The poem thoughtfully presents the scenario as well as the mechanism through which the corrupt politicians and govt functionaries carry on their nefarious activities to make money by illegal means. Thanks for such a powerful critique on our system of governance, of late.

Corruption means dishonest or fraudulent conduct by those in power, typically involving bribery. By abusing the power they earn money and spending the black money so earned capture more power.
