The dream may have been related with galloping horses with bandits or militia men of an enemy fiefdom in search of some settlement for plunder. off course this is a guess since it had so much impact on dreamer's subconscious. Thanks for sharing this stunning piece in a verse form.10 points.

Maybe it is good that dreamers forget their dreams so quickly and that some scene or sound or word remains on waking up.
