A person can't dance when he is in grief.
But in case of composing poem
One can feel tranquillity after exploding
His pathetic feelings in term of poem.
Just like Magnet, poem carries both
Positive and negative vibes with it.
Not only joyful but also poignant poems
Do create impulse in hearts of readers.
