Great use of the word porcupine. This would go good together with a Neil Diamond song called " Porcupine Pie" . Great work.

Could not resist the title on this one! Very imaginative! I would much prefer the actual flesh of the porcupine in my soup rather than the quills. The quills might be high in fiber, but probably low in protein and taste! I've been told that porcupine meat is actually very tasty, but it must be hard to skin a porcupine!

Ick! (Shudder) . The porcupine will remain forever in my poem, but never on my plate! I prefer well-known types of meat, such as beef, veal, lamb, chicken, turkey, cornish game hens, occasionally some venison or rabbit or duck. Are you getting hungry yet?

A bizarre soup... One of a kind. A unique and well crafted write. Very entertaining.
