Politician Leaders Poem by Terry Searcy

The people that lead us and tell us what to do
They are always pointing fingers, trying to change our point of view
It's done for their agendas to take the money from me and you

The people that are in politics have never worked two jobs
They've never lived check to check or worshipped any God

They've never felt the hunger pains of the people on the streets
Because they order from their menus in their hotel suites
We need to find new leaders someone just like us
That can't be bought with money or want to lose our trust
