Polite The Police Poem by Doreenda Nikoi Kotei

Polite The Police

Learn to always show deep politeness to the police!
You naturally become infuriated when they stop you on the high ways,
Yes, they have genuine reasons to check you, your car and documents, anytime.
But that few minutes of delay can be an opportune time to save your life and that of others,
From a planned fatal gory accident in the next second that you may never know!
Polite the Police and save your life today!

Always learn to be humble and pay attention to the police!
You arrogantly want to prove to them that you know your left from your right,
Yes, they have the authority to teach, inform, interrogate, query or discipline you, anytime.
But that split seconds time of engagement can cover you from a huge embarrassment,
From an indelible strategised shame, disgrace, humiliation or end you up in the prison cell!
Polite the Police and maintain your reputation today!

Always learn to show unprecedented appreciation to the Police!
You disrespectfully insult them in their faces and then bribe them to cover up,
Yes, there are exceptional cases that, some police officers are money sucker's, every time.
And they will long to every length and breadth to frustrate you for your money or possessions,
But trust me, they're majority out there only to help seek your common good and well-being.
When you come across such a destiny helper, never withhold your heartfelt gratitude to them!

Always learn to pray and intercede for the Police!
They work all round the clock to see you safe, sound and secured!
They sacrifice their time, resources and life to keep law and order on your local communities!
They come to your aid at your beck and call to risk their lives to have you alive and whole!
They direct both people and traffic for you to return home from work and have your peace!
Police office are our first point of call for any unfair, illegal or mischievous disturbances!
They are humans and can make unpardonable mistakes at times so they need your prayers!
