Beating them in lock up is not legally approved. The cops do it for to extract bribe. The suspect is beaten to death if there is a politician behind. Fantastic poem to warn the police who take unto their hands. Encounter killing is another crime resorted to. In India, these crimes are at the peak. Well Done.
