Point Of View (Pov) Poem by Natasha Andeyi

Point Of View (Pov)

A causeless curse has no effect;
It's not enough to curse,
The recipient should have done things worthy of its effect.
A powerful blessing is of no use to a disoriented fool;
It's not enough to decree a blessing,
If the receiver's land is not fertile enough, then the seeds of good will may never see the day light.

We tend to look at things from one perspective,
I'm guilty of this before the verdict.
But at times after looking at things from then, now and tomorrow's lens,
I see why some atheists are billionaires and some believers paupers.
Go ahead and bring the loose your soul and gain the world argument,
And there you go again, seeing things from one point of view;
Your point of view,
Which may not exactly be yours but a product of your conditioning since birth.
Just think about it…
