Poet's Heart
I always loved those first tingling moments
of brand new love
and there is nothing more charming
to my eyes and heart than to read a poem
embroidered in passion and electricity
which comes alive and jumps off the page
into colour and chemistry
that can light a thousand hearts
all at once.
