A perceptive and powerful write. Brilliant description of two of the most clever persons on earth. A great Ode, Sir. Yet, I go with a Poet though he laments a lot. At least, he will never be in a. capacity to corrupt people' s minds and money. The ultimate stanza are beautiful lines for Poets." His perfume spreads pretty in prime time...." ....beautiful line from a great poem.
I admire the way you take time to say your say on the poem. You're right on what I say about the poet. It is when someone does not agree that he/she is more sincere, I feel. Thanks for liking the poem, however.
