Friend Nehal, I'm very grateful to you for taking the time to fully appreciate the message of my poem!
Fabulous thought, what came to my mind instantly after reading you: There are a lot of people who spread fear. They play with the truth ~ a pointless wish, only truth survives over falsehood.
Friend Nehal, these are the kinds of comments that I really thrive on. They represent to me that the poet/poetess has fully immersed himself/herself into the poem. And respond with wisdom and insightfulness. That's the ultimate constructive criticism!
LeeAnn, I appreciate your empathy. It was a tough go with some of those subtle fear mongers. But poetry helped me get through it all!
"Losing grip on reality" is the biggest loss….and the very survival depends on one's poetic abilities and interests… lovely poem
