That's the inner working of poetry revealed: feelings being sent out, received, sent back, received gratefully, out again, back again, on and on. Isn't it a great experience to pick up a copy of LEAVES OF GRASS and know you are sharing feelings with Walt Whitman who lived five generations ago. OR just now when I started reading your poems, sharing feelings in the HERE AND NOW we both inhabit!
