Hi Frank I like the irony and truth of this poem. I too have poetry scattered all through my apartment. Let's face it - Poetry is a maverick, an unruly, sprawling kind of creative writing. It's always a discovery whether you take a volume out of a carefully organized bookcase or find it discarded on a coffeetable. But even when things get messy and and there's no more room in the bookcase, we are ever the guardians of poetry. I'm sure I can find somewhere a volume of Hart Crane hanging out with a Wallace Stevens collection or Ovid joking with John Donne or Emily Dickinson having tea with Denise Levertov. And always we are hovering near-by pursuing happiness with them!
