What may be said can always be subjectively judged, but aside from some specific instances (inciting violence) everyone has a right to say (write) anything. Those rights are not always given. It is worse in some places, but even here, censorship is rampant

Very true, any literate person who can fight with self in democratic manner may be able to write poetry. Sorry for a little deviation. Thanks for sharing.
