This is what poetry is about - self expression. Rhyme and rhythm make a poem look cute but it is the content that matters and is the meat of the poem. You have a nice natural style and you wrote from the heart, so this make is beautiful in itself. This poem reminds me of the styles of Dorothy Parker and Ogden Nash - no frills. Cynthia
