Poetess And Poet Poem by Deluke Muwanigwa

Poetess And Poet

Poet; listen and listen good
This may sound rude
If you love that lass
Don't go telling us
We couldnt care less
We dont care about your fuss
Show us how you love her
So we know love is the air
What are you willing to give?
Your life, your house or a shirt without a sleeve

Poetess hear me hear me well
Your poetic desire you want to quell
You found a nice handsome man
We don't care his name is Stan
Take him apart for me
Let me see how he meaures up to be
A good man or just a cassanova
How does he get you to the supernova
Does he snore like a volcano
Or is he rigid in ways like a mechano

There are waterfalls to fall over
The galaxy to take the moon rover
The sun an easy friendly target
The faithful moon smiling like Margret
The wind, the water and the earth
Fun Scooby Doo cartoons for your mirth
Poetess and poet my companions
Make us join you in your poetic opinions
By tickling our imagination with metaphors
Feed us rhymes like ruminants and herbivores.
