This poem is just for fun
This poem avoids rhyming
This poem is not about love
This poem not about politics
This poem is not about life
This poem is not about death
This poem is just a poem
This poem really has no point

I am used to rhyme royal
I am used to the thrill of rhythm
I am used to writing poems with a theme
I am used to doing a poem with a point
I am used to doing political poems
I am not used to writing for nothing
I am going to do exactly that now
I am going to mess around with poetry

So here goes the poem of time wasting
So here goes a poem without a rhyme
So here goes a new way to expess in verse
So here goes a new way of doing stanzas
So here goes but i have an addiction
So i love to rhyme its like an affliction
So forgive me poets please forgive me
So i ask you to let me rhyme free
