Poem No: 75. The World Is Filled With Darkness And Envy Poem by Dipankar Sadhukhan

The world is filled with darkness and envy.
Now man's faith is in inhumanity.
Greed and narrowness increase with time's course.
Over a weak man now he applies force.

Human mind is distorted in this Age
Destroying nature Man is now savage.
Morality is raped by the wild beast.
Human heart is covered with falsehood's mist.

Money has captured the palace of Love.
Now man brings up envy in stead of Love.
Hearts are torn by society's red eye
And man has become his own enemy.

Only the light of true education
And Love can save us - our generation.
