Each shiny star a glimmer of hope in his tragic life
A falling star like a teardrop falls on her wet canvas
Her moist eyes holding back so many tears of endured pain

Dear Geeta, you have opened your heart and soul to welcome the spiritual energy of Vincent Van Gogh into your life. As a result, an extraordinary creative body of work about his life is maturing like a rare wine.

2) Your series has truly resonated with me. I felt my father's spirit as I was reading the poems about the coal miners. Consequently, I experienced tears of pain...and tears of joy. That empathy was a great asset in writing this tribute poem. So very very happy with your receptivity!

The story of Vincent Van Gogh's life has moved me so much, specially his struggle as an artiste. I am an artiste so i could feel his pain and anguish. I have read and re read his letters to his brother over and over again many times.

Geeta, it is very evident that you are a true artiste. Only an artiste could feel Vincent's pain and anguish so much that she/he could make the audience shed tears of pain and joy. Vincent and Theo were blessed to have had such an extrordinary relationship.

Geeta's series is a real eye opener for me. The poems about the coal miners and their families had really hit home...my father had been a coal miner in France.
